Rohan stepped across the boundaries and into his lands, finally home. he stopped to watch the femme, knowing that his new lead would be following. His ears were pricked for the sound of danger, though he knew he would fine none here on the plains. Few predators would leave the cover of the forest, even on a dark night like this. His eyes shown near red in the darkness, glowing with a fire lit by the darkness he kept hidden now. His tail flicked in impatience as he awaited the mare's appearance. He hadn't liked leaving his home, and this was taking too long.
he rested a back hoof for a moment, before switching to rest the other in impatience. The forest had dangers a lone mare couldn't face, and he had left his only mare here, alone, to go fetch another for his herd. His head held high, he watched for danger hoping that nothing had gone awry in his absence.

Beating came from a distances getting louder and louder, the earth began to shake. Snorting muzzle and thundering hooves broke the silence as they swung around the bend. Skidding to a stop at the impatient stallion, the dust and irt slowly settling back on the ground as a priod of silence followed. Hot steam blow from her nap, blood red optics stared in a cursing way at the brute and his only mare other then herself. Sensing his impatientness she ripped at her jaw muscles making them part her elegant velvet kissers. Which meant only one thing her horrid vocals were about to sing out echoing around the land for life, "Now now brute no need to worry if your mare was anytype of dark she could fend for herself and no need to get so impatient Im allowed to make a good first impretion seeing she will be at a lower rank then myself." Her teasing and selfish words bleed slowly out of her nap leaving silence following.

She's not all dark, he muttered, half to himself. He worried about her because she was the one mare that he liked. Whether she was neutral or dark, he did not care. He liked her. He did not like Illusion, as was apparent. He snorted in disgust. He'd see what good this mare would do him before she was gone from the territory. He wouldn't go about attacking mares, but he wouldn't keep irritating ones around either. Nor stupid ones. He'd see how she would do as lead.
And you'll treat her equal if you want to stay lead, he replied. He would not go having Illusion treating Loraine as a lower or a slave. Loraine was his concern, not Illusion's. Illusion could do what she wanted with mares that came later on in the herd's future.

Illusions red optics raged with flames of daring questions, slowly but ferociously she brought her kissers up to reveal two extremely sharp white fangs and many sharp bone crushing choppers. A low aggressive threatening growl rumbled out quickly from her throat, her tone bleeding out echoing around the terrain, bouncing off every tree off every mountain that stood tall near-by. Parting to show a black hole in the place of her daggers, she let her infuriated vocals lose. They tore at everything that stood in their path just ripping it to shreds, " Are you threatening me Brute, because if you are that was a BIG mistake." Hissing and spitting her words seethed out enraged by what the brute had said to her thinking she was going to be like his stupid pitiful light mare. As she thought about it this bronc must be stupid and pitiful seeing he would actually just talk to this....this half-cast. He might even be considered a light and she would not stand to be around a live light that thinks he is dark. " Darken up brute or you will be breathing up my dust." Meaning if he didn't start to treat his mares like a dark would she would be gone.
((I'm really sorry if I seem mean by me writing half-cast in my post to anyone and if i did hurt anyone's feelings or anything like that please tell me and I will remove it straight away.))

I will threaten you as I please, mare, he hissed back to her, parting his lips to show his own teeth. Until there are more mares here, your rank has little meaning to anyone. He thought about his words, then decided to give her something to do. You may, however, do what you please with the dark that roams the land. She had no place in my herdd. He turned and continued on, springing into a swift gallop, leaving her there for the time. He headed straight across the plains and for the forests that belonged to him. There were two others here, his neutral and the dark that had chosen to stay without his acceptance. He did not care. It meant only another to his herd. Let his lead do as she wished with the dark mare. He wanted revenge on the stupid mare who refused to give her name and then tried to play stupid games with him. [ooc: as far as I know, you offended no one. If you have, they will speak up]
